•••TAT here at Witches & Wanderers varies depending on the size and quantity of the project request. On average, TAT is between 1-2 months for Tarot Mats/Pouches, 1-2 weeks for Mini Plushies, and 1 week for smaller projects such as keychains, jewelry, and home decor. Please reach out to me if you have any questions!
- First “rule” of custom projects- reach out to me via Instagram DMs, email, or speak to me in person! Give me an idea of what you’re thinking- design elements, color schemes,respective dimensions, etc.
- Once a project has been requested and is set in motion- a deposit needs to be made. All deposits (unless otherwise specified) are 50% down. This ensures that you are invested in seeing the project through and that I am able to cover all the materials to get your project in motion as soon as possible!
- BE PATIENT! All designs are freehand micro crochet. They are not produced by a design team following a pattern or by switching on a machine. I am also a mom of two and the wife of a small business owner- these are my top priorities, always. All good things take time, and good things come to those who wait. Rome was not built in a day. If you cannot handle the wait, I ask you respectfully to find another artist or go to Amazon.
- Once your project has been completed- I will reach out with finalized product photos and let you drool over your custom treasures!
- Project must be paid IN FULL before it is shipped out. Times are hard but spoiling yourself doesn’t have to be. If you need to make payment arrangements- please reach out! I’m happy to be flexible with my clients to ensure the best experience possible!
- ASSHOLE POLICY: Any client who is rude, needlessly pushy, or hateful during the process of the custom request will incur extra charges on their final payment. If you refuse to pay the final payment additions, I will keep/sell your project to someone who appreciates the hard work, skill, talent, dexterity, creativity, and time it took to create. Your deposit will be forfeit and you will be blocked/not worked with in the future. You sought me out for my work not the other way around. Please be patient and kind!
- I ask that when you request a custom- please share my work with others! Taking on customs pushes back progress on other projects i have in the mix. Turning people on to my brand helps me to maintain solid engagement while spending time obsessing over all your final details.
